CODE &
DESIGN

Sixteen years between design and engineering. AI-native products built end to end through agentic engineering.

Lateral thinking, rebuilt for the age of AI

A creative workshop built around physical card decks became a fully AI-powered digital product. Prompt engineering and collision mechanics replace the cards — not a deck on a screen, but a fundamentally different experience built around how people actually think.

An AI operating system built around how an agency actually thinks

A brand strategy agency needed more than an AI tool — they needed one built around them. Henrietta is their institutional memory, workflow backbone, and creative co-pilot, built from scratch to fit the team rather than the other way around.

Exclusive membership for a Porsche racing team's inner circle

A high-end racing team needed a digital community that extended the real-world experience between events. Custom gated platform designed to feel as exclusive as the paddock — without the complexity.

A premium rebrand made credible online

A commercial door and hardware company's new premium identity needed a digital home to match. Content-driven site on a headless CMS — maintainable by a non-technical team, unmistakable in a market full of mediocre competitors.

Intellectual authority without the academic weight

A competitive strategy consultancy led by a former Fortune 500 advisor needed a site that conveyed seriousness without feeling stale. Editorial design, self-service CMS, a platform that lets the thinking speak for itself.

A fast-growing contractor that finally looks the part

Bold visual design and content architecture built to showcase project scale and team capability. Differentiated in a market full of template sites — and built to recruit as much as to sell.

The record store feeling, rebuilt for the iPad

An immersive, interactive album experience for Acid House Kings — CD quality audio, liner notes, posters, and the sense of discovery that streaming killed. Built with Labrador Records in 2011. Still one of our favorites.

Solo riding with a safety net built in

Track your ride, check weather, queue your playlist. Most importantly — send for help when something goes wrong. Montour was built for the solo cyclist who rides alone but shouldn't have to worry about it.

All your feeds. One place. Yours to curate.

A flexible RSS reader with patent-pending letter-level bookmarking. Follow any site, save articles, build collections. Everything you read, organized the way you actually think — not the way an algorithm wants you to.

Most of my career has been spent as the only technical person in a room full of strategists and designers. That's not a limitation — it's the job. Someone has to close the gap between the big idea and the working product, and that means understanding both sides well enough to make real decisions, not just translate requirements.

I think in systems — not just code, but how people, process, and technology fit together. The projects I'm proudest of are the ones where the technical choices shaped the strategy, not just served it.
